Project: daily highlights newsletters for the 2024 festival
Wildscreen Festival is the largest global gathering of natural world storytellers: attracting hundreds of filmmakers, producers, distributors and buyers to Bristol for a packed week of panels, workshops and networking opportunities. In addition to managing press for the festival, I produced daily highlights newsletters during the week of the festival.
Daily highlights newsletters
During the festival, I attended and transcribed key sessions. Each evening, in collaboration with the wider Wildscreen team, I compiled daily recaps including official event photography and summaries of events and discussions that took place each day, that were of interest to both delegates and non-attendees on social media.

These recaps were built into email campaigns for dissemination to delegates, and adapted for publication as LinkedIn newsletters. The LinkedIn newsletter strand, which I launched for the purpose of the festival, now stands at 2000+ subscribers, providing the organisation with a new longform communications medium for future use.
